The Bible Is Your Story
Reading Scripture as a Map of Consciousness
What if the Bible is not only a story you read—but a story you are living?
Move beyond the story on the page and discover the story within.
Part I — Awakening to the Inner Story
You may have outgrown a strictly literal reading of the Bible without outgrowing your curiosity about what its stories still have to say.
The Bible Is Your Story invites you to explore scripture in a different way—not only as stories about people who lived long ago, but as stories that may reveal something about consciousness, choice, calling, adversity, spiritual identity, and the journey taking place within you.

Different Way to Encounter Scripture
What if Eden is about more than a garden?
What if the burning bush is also about the moment something within you calls you beyond who you have believed yourself to be?
What if Job’s struggle speaks to what happens when life challenges the beliefs we thought were settled?
Metaphysical and symbolic interpretation invites us to ask a different question of scripture:
Where is this story occurring within me?
Over six weeks, we will explore that question together.
More Than a Bible Study
This is not a traditional Bible study, and it is not a course built around memorizing metaphysical definitions.
Each week we will move through a practical process:
The Story → The Symbol → The Principle → The Contemporary Conversation → Soul Inquiry → Practice
We will explore what the biblical story says, examine its symbolic possibilities, uncover the spiritual principle beneath it, and then bring the teaching into present-day life.
The goal is not simply to learn someone else’s interpretation. The goal is to begin developing your own capacity to recognize yourself within scripture.
What We Will Explore
Week 1 — The Bible Is Your Story
Reading Scripture as a Map of Consciousness
Discover how metaphysical and symbolic interpretation can open a different relationship with scripture.
Week 2 — Eden Within
The Power and Responsibility of Choice
Explore consciousness, discernment, free will, and the meaning we give to our experience.
Week 3 — The Burning Bush Within
Hearing the Call of the I AM
Explore calling, self-doubt, spiritual identity, and what happens when something within us calls us beyond our present understanding of ourselves.
Week 4 — David
Faith, Courage, Love, and Imperfect Humanity
Explore spiritual growth through the life of a person who was courageous, devoted, gifted—and unmistakably human.
Week 5 — Job
When Life Challenges What We Believe
Explore adversity, faith, questioning, and what happens when circumstances challenge our spiritual assumptions.
Week 6 — Your Story
The Interpretation Lab
Bring the method together and begin applying it to scripture for yourself.
This Experience May Be for You If…

You are curious about metaphysical, symbolic, New Thought, or consciousness-based approaches to scripture.
You have stepped away from traditional Christianity but remain open to rediscovering spiritual meaning within biblical stories.
You already study metaphysics and want a more intentional way of approaching scripture.
Or you simply find yourself asking: “Is there another way to read this?”
